Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include all original tags, manuals, and the printed return slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
